Brand Stories: Sarvin

We had the pleasure of going BTS with Sarvin. The young fashionista shared her personal experiences about the journey that has been creating a business, as well as allow us to have a sneak peek of her new collection and letting us in on what keeps her going.

As an international brand, exclusively for ladies, her designs are inspired by Killer curves, Persian goddesses and Greek bombshells! Each garment is designed exclusively with love and passion by the young artist.

After graduating with IFM Master degree and working for over six years as a runway model and photo-shoot model, Sarvin launched her own range of bespoke dresses in Cyprus. Not long after, she launched her clothing lines in the United Kingdom. Here is what we uncovered…

– Do you remember where you were when you decided to set up your own business?

It was few months after I got married and we were in our first apartment when I asked my partner his thoughts about starting my own brand and designing my own range. From that point on I have put all my time and energy into my business and keep looking for ways to grow the brand and my product range.

– What was the first thing you did when you made the decision to go for it?

I put all my time and focus into my new business and would be sketching and creating sample pieces in different fabrics to try and create the look and feel I was after.

– Who would your ideal “celebrity” customer be?

Olivia Palermo, I absolutely adore her sense of style and I think she would look amazing in my designs.

If you could go back in time, would you do anything differently?

No, absolutely not. I’ve loved every moment of the days I’ve invested in my business. I have always had a passion for fashion and I think my previous experiences in the fashion industry as a model and fashion intern has helped me a lot.

– What tips would you give someone looking to set up their own business?

Be brave, creative, and have a passion for what you are going to create. It takes time to climb and rise with a lot of dedication, but trust me, every step is worth it and never look back!
