Returns that include sale items will incur a return postage cost of £2 per returns parcel, and the postage cost is deducted from your refund.
You have 14 days from the day your order reaches you to let us know you wish to return, please visit 'My Account' to submit your request. We will then email you a pre-paid Royal Mail returns label.
Please be sure to physically return the order via the post office within a further 14 days.
