We hope you’re as in love with your style buys as we are, but if you’re not quite ready to commit and need to return something, here's how to do it.
• Go to My Account to view your order.
• Follow the instructions to request a return within 14 days of receipt
• We will then email you a returns label, please print and attach it to your parcel. You then have a further 14 days to return.
• Take to your nearest Post Office to mail and don't forget to keep hold of your proof of postage until your refund has been processed - this usually takes 5-10 days.
Returns on full-priced items within mainland UK and the Channel Islands are free.
Returns that include sale items will incur a return postage cost of £2 per returns parcel, and the postage cost is deducted from your refund.
