    We’re looking for a full-time garment technician to join the brands team at SilkFred HQ in London. Your goal is to help us make sure that all the styles we sell are the best versions that they can possibly be. You will be responsible for making sure that we are creating clothes that will fit our customer just right.

    The Job
    • Work closely with the Brands Team to develop product from initial concept through to production, advising on construction and fit throughout
    • Drive consistency in fit and quality across the department, ensuring they meet expected requirements
    • Communicate regularly with suppliers
    • Focus continually on product improvement, ensuring faulty returns are minimised
    • Manage the product approval process as well as putting in place industry standard processes to create ongoing efficiencies
    • Manage suppliers – play a key part in their assessments and development

    We’re looking for a full-time entrepreneurial designer who will work closely with our brands team at SilkFred HQ in London. You will be responsible for designing awesome styles that you can’t find anywhere else. Do your friends constantly ask you “Where did you get that from, it looks awesome?”. If the answers to these questions is Yes, then you’re our person.

    The Job
    • Create mood boards at the beginning of each season which reflect the brands individual personality and give relevant members of all teams an insight into the creative vision for the season
    • Responsibility for designing individual styles in the collection, their purpose within each collection and to follow their development and commercial impact throughout their life cycle, whilst working within target price points
    • To create a detailed specification for each style, handing these over to the Brands Department as specified in the critical path
    • To work closely the Brands Team to build collections which are both creative and commercial, using the seasonal strategy as a starting point
    • Ensure all critical path dates are agreed and achieved to ensure you work to an effective and timely product sign off process
    • Work closely with the buying and technical teams to ensure fit and quality is maintained, which reflects these cornerstones of the brand
    • Must be an excellent illustrator and have good CAD skills
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Designer

    • Assisting styling garments within the ecommerce fashion studio in line with direction from the Shoot Manager
    • Work to target, ensuring all styles are shot within the timeframe

    The Job

    The SEO manager will be responsible for increasing organic traffic to SilkFred.com and implementing a best in class SEO strategy. The applicant should have a strong technical understanding of SEO along with the creative flair to implement exciting and effective content marketing campaigns.

    Naturally passionate about SEO you should be up on the latest best practices and experienced in dealing with changes to search engine algorithms. From day one you will be expected to hit the ground running and identify any quick wins.

    Working closely with the rest of the marketing team you should understand the value of creating cross channel campaigns that help build the presence of SilkFred online and ultimately drive new customers.

    Responsibilities
    • Lead and develop the SEO strategy to improve and defend performance in organic search globally.
    • Work closely with marketing, PR and tech team to develop campaigns which separate SilkFred from the competition and boost online presence.
    • Work alongside the tech and marketing to develop and maintain a successful onsite strategy.
    • Execute site audits, technical recommendations and onsite optimsation.
    • Build a successful offsite SEO roadmap that includes link building, content creation and influencer outreach campaigns.
    • Develop and report KPI’s and targets to the Head of Marketing.
    • Research, review and continually drive best practice.
    Qualifications
    • At least 3 years experience working in a client side or agency side SEO role (preferably working with consumer facing brands).
    • Proven track record of delivering successful SEO campaigns which resulted in measurable results for the businesses.
    • Proficient user of Google Analytics, Google/Bing Webmaster Tools and experience with backlink analysis tools, keyword planners and ranking report tools.
    • Excellent written skills including strong SEO copywriting knowledge.
