    The Job
    • Design a beautiful online experience for web, mobile and app
    • Delivering comps and assets, and finished HTML/CSS
    • Work closely with developers to ensure the build matches visual design
    • Continuously thinking about new features, improving existing features and measuring the results in line with company goals

    The Job

    The SEO manager will be responsible for increasing organic traffic to SilkFred.com and implementing a best in class SEO strategy. The applicant should have a strong technical understanding of SEO along with the creative flair to implement exciting and effective content marketing campaigns.

    Naturally passionate about SEO you should be up on the latest best practices and experienced in dealing with changes to search engine algorithms. From day one you will be expected to hit the ground running and identify any quick wins.

    Working closely with the rest of the marketing team you should understand the value of creating cross channel campaigns that help build the presence of SilkFred online and ultimately drive new customers.

    Responsibilities
    • Lead and develop the SEO strategy to improve and defend performance in organic search globally.
    • Work closely with marketing, PR and tech team to develop campaigns which separate SilkFred from the competition and boost online presence.
    • Work alongside the tech and marketing to develop and maintain a successful onsite strategy.
    • Execute site audits, technical recommendations and onsite optimsation.
    • Build a successful offsite SEO roadmap that includes link building, content creation and influencer outreach campaigns.
    • Develop and report KPI’s and targets to the Head of Marketing.
    • Research, review and continually drive best practice.
    Qualifications
    • At least 3 years experience working in a client side or agency side SEO role (preferably working with consumer facing brands).
    • Proven track record of delivering successful SEO campaigns which resulted in measurable results for the businesses.
    • Proficient user of Google Analytics, Google/Bing Webmaster Tools and experience with backlink analysis tools, keyword planners and ranking report tools.
