Refund as SilkFred Store Credit

We offer a ‘Refund as SilkFred store credit’ option when requesting your return. This means that once your return has been processed, you will instantly receive a credit voucher to shop with straight away. In comparison, a refund to your bank card will take 5-10 days depending on your payment provider.

How it works:

- If you choose SilkFred store credit, you cannot switch your refund to the original payment method after the return has been processed by us.

- Any purchases will be deducted from your credit voucher or where the voucher is less than the purchase price, you will need to make an additional payment.

- You can check your store credit in your account or by emailing us at hello@silkfred.com

- Where your credit voucher is combined with a card payment to purchase more than one item, the credit voucher shall be applied across all items so that an equal percentage of each item is deemed paid for by the store credit. In the event that a refund is requested for part of that order, the refund shall comprise part store credit and part to the payment method used to make the purchase with the relevant percentage applied.

-If you choose a credit voucher and use it to make another purchase that you also return, your refund will automatically be applied as a credit voucher in your account, ready for you to spend on your next purchase.
